1. Eligibility for Returns

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • The return request must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable.”

3. Return Process

  2. Prepare the Package
    Securely pack the item in its original packaging. Include the RA number and proof of purchase in the package.

  3. Ship the Item

    Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and issued to your original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.

5. Exchanges
